Boston Chef Logo
About this image:
This is a logo I desinged as part of a group project using the iconic "chef" symbol from Boston Chef. I traced the chef in Illustrator to create the outline, and added two vector graphics to the background - flames and a baked chicken. I felt these graphics added some exciting color to the design while also representing food, appropriate for a company specializing in dining news and services.

About this image:
This is a project that I completed with my group, each of us contributing elements to the final design. Every piece of this image was designed using shapes and lines in Illustrator, which were then modified using the Pen tool in path mode. A gradient was applied to the spotlight, which was necessary for creating the illusion of real light which is concentrated at the source and fades as it extends downward.
